Parent Corner Policies

Welcome to the Parent Corner! At Kyddie Karnival Facilities, we value strong partnerships with families and strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for every child.

Tuition & Payments

Tuition is due every Friday for the upcoming week of care.
A $25 late fee will be assessed on accounts not paid by Friday.
Children may not attend if accounts become delinquent.
State Assistance is accepted at participating locations.

Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is important for your child's development and classroom participation.
Families should notify the center when a child will be absent.
Extended absences may affect enrollment status based on program guidelines.

Arrival & Departure

All children must be signed in and out daily by an authorized adult.
Photo identification may be required when picking up a child.
Children will only be released to individuals listed on the authorized pick-up form.

Late Pick-Up Policy

Centers close promptly at their scheduled closing time.
A late pick-up fee may be assessed after 6:15 PM.
Repeated late pick-ups may result in additional administrative action.

Health & Illness Policy

For the safety of all children and staff:

Children with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms must remain home.
Parents will be contacted if a child becomes ill during the day.
Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning unless otherwise directed by a healthcare provider.

Diapers & Personal Supplies

Families must provide diapers, pull-ups, wipes, and any personal care items needed.
Pull-ups must have easy-open Velcro sides for diaper-changing purposes.
Please label all personal items with your child's name.

Dress Code

Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for active play.
Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.
Open-toed shoes, slides, and flip-flops are not permitted.

Parent Communication

Parents are encouraged to maintain open communication with teachers and administration.
Important announcements will be shared through parent communication platforms, email, text messages, and center bulletin boards.
Please ensure all contact information remains current.

Safety & Security

Safety is our top priority.
All visitors must check in with the office upon arrival.
Emergency drills are conducted regularly in accordance with licensing requirements.
Staff members are trained in CPR and First Aid.

Family Partnership

We believe children thrive when families and educators work together. We encourage parents to participate in events, conferences, family engagement activities, and volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
